Meet the Trainer

Dr. E – Ernesto Escobedo, PhD, JD, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has 30 years federal government experience at the US EEOC and US Air Force. He is a Senior Faculty & HR Professor at the university level, previously worked for Wells Fargo Banks and Honeywell Inc.

Dr Ernesto retired from EEOC after 30 years of public service as an Investigator, Mediator, and Supervisor.

Dr. Escobedo is a pro bono Arbitrator at the Better Business Bureau and completed a Certificate in Negotiation Masgtery at the Harvard Business School.

Ernesto proudly served in a number of leadership roles at San Antonio SHRM for 7 years, including President & Executive Director.
